Booking Representation + Monthly Retainer

Funding Applications

Fee structure: Flat fee + percentage of successfully secured funding. This includes:

⚖️ Scaled Booking Fee Model

We work with artists at different career stages. While no two bookings are the same, our compensation is designed to be fair, flexible, and proportionate to the work involved. A scaled model ensures:

  • fairness

  • proportional workload coverage

Why scaled fees?

Smaller bookings still require care, time, and administration.Larger bookings naturally involve more planning, negotiation, coordination, and responsibility. Our experience shows that bigger teams often require more administration, logistics, and greater financial risk.Larger bookings require:

What booking fee cover

Our booking fee supports the full process to secured work and delivery, end-to-end delivery includes:

  • representation and negotiation

  • contracts and terms

  • invoicing and payment tracking

  • team and supplier coordination

  • client management

  • booking fulfilment oversight

How fees are taken

Booking administration fees are:

  • rapplied per confirmed booking

  • deducted from the client payment once the deposit is received

You are not required to pay upfront for each booking, the expectation is that the bookings confirmed with a deposit from the client fee include the relevant booking fee.Retainer clients receive reduced booking fees.If you ever have questions

Booking Fee Structure

A scaled booking fee means we are prepared to handled for smaller and larger and more complex bookings,
Model A & B are determined through initial consultancy which reflects the workflow, responsibility and career stage.

Based on Client Fee Range Up to £15,000 → 10% £15,000 – £25,000 → 12% £25,001 – £45,000 → 17% £45,001 – £60,000 → 15% £60,001+ → 20%

Rates based on Client Fee Range Up to £4,000 → £250 £4,001 – £8,000 → £350 £8,001 – £15,000 → £500 £15,001 – £25,000 → £800 £25,001+ → £1,000

Starter Artists: Early-stage career building and launch support £250 – £350 per month

Active Artists: Regular activity and opportunity expansion £350 – £500 per month

Profile Artists: Full representation and large-scale handling £750 – £1,500 per month
