⚖️ Booking Services Explained

Scaled Booking Fee Model

We work with artists at different career stages. While no two bookings are the same, our compensation is designed to be fair, flexible, and proportionate to the work involved. A scaled model ensures:

  • fairness

  • sustainability

  • proportional workload coverage

Why scaled fees?

Smaller bookings still require care, time, and administration.Larger bookings naturally involve more planning, negotiation, coordination, and responsibility. Our experience shows that bigger teams often require more administration, logistics, and greater financial risk.Larger bookings require:

  • higher financial responsibility

  • more negotiation

  • more complex logistics

  • greater delivery risk

What booking fee cover

Our booking fee supports the full process to secured work and delivery, end-to-end delivery includes:

  • representation and negotiation

  • contracts and terms

  • invoicing and payment tracking

  • team and supplier coordination

  • client management

  • booking fulfilment oversight

How fees are taken

Booking administration fees are:

  • applied per confirmed booking

  • deducted from the client payment once the deposit is received

You are not required to pay upfront for each booking, the expectation is that the bookings confirmed with a deposit from the client fee include the relevant booking fee. Retainer clients receive reduced booking fees.If you ever have questions
We’re always happy to talk things through. Transparency matters to us, and we believe good work comes from clear understanding and mutual respect.

Booking Fee Structure

A scaled booking fee means we are prepared to handled for smaller and larger and more complex bookings.Model A & B are determined through initial consultancy which reflects the workflow, responsibility market and career stage.EXAMPLES BELOW

🎖️ Retainer Services Explained

For ongoing support beyond baseline admin, industry representation, pitch engagement and branding of projects

What Is a Retainer — and Why We Use Them

We understand that committing to a retainer can feel like a big step especially in creative work where outcomes are not always predictable.A Retainer simply means you have the ongoing support you need. It allows us to be consistently available to you, not just when a booking comes in, but behind the scenes, where a lot of the real work happens.

  • lowers percentage booking fees taken from each confirmed booking

  • builds structure that grows your viability and therefore as your bookings increase

  • allocates more time proactively supporting you

  • signals a deeper working relationship with the Artist

We want to be clear, fair, and supportive about why retainers exist and how they help.

Why Retainers Matter for Artists

Retainers allow us to extend baseline admin, representation, availability, and brand support to include projects. A retainer allows us to work proactively, not reactively, it provides:

  • Reduced booking commissions

  • continuous career development

  • structured growth planning

  • consistent representation

  • priority access and availability

In practical terms: We invest time in building your career — not just servicing individual deals.

What the Retainer Covers

  • long-term project planning

  • industry representation

  • brand positioning

  • sponsorship and deal development

  • concept and proposal creation

  • contract review (non-legal)

  • financial administration

  • client invoicing and collections

  • asset and supplier coordination

  • meeting attendance

A Shared Commitment

A retainer isn’t about control, it’s about commitment on both sides. It allows us to show up fully for you, and it gives you reassurance that you’re supported consistently, not just when a deal lands. We review arrangements regularly and keep communication open. If something no longer feels right, we talk about it.

Got questions?
If you’re unsure whether a retainer makes sense for you, we’re always happy to talk things through what feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

Retainer Structure

Retainer fees builds in the preparation needed for ongoing support, growth planning, navigating industry, network access and handled key opportunities for the next stage of your career. Artists grow at different speeds, and we respect that.
